The 100 workout.

Do 100 jumping jacks.
Do 90 crunches
Do 80 squats
Do 70 leg lifts
Do 60 jumping jacks
Do 50 crunches
Do 40 squats
Do 30 leg lifts
Do 20 jumping jacks
Run for 10 minutes.

There’s a hell of a workout!
