- Monitor your intake! This is important. With every bite write down the calories. If you don’t know the calories guess higher than you think.. just in case.
- Don’t obsess over weighing yourself. Do it once a week, in the morning, before you eat and after you go to the bathroom. I’d suggest doing it naked as well.
- Know the difference between not starving and full. Once you feel full just know, you ate too much.
- “Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re not”
- Drink plenty of water
- If you mess up one day, do better tomorrow.
- Pinch all your belly fat every time you wanna binge. See how much you wanna lose? Sure you wanna binge after seeing that?
- Make sure you get enough calcium
- Peppermints and peppermint tea decrease hunger
- Don’t eat fast! Chew slowly. You’ll feel less hungry quicker and longer
- Go vegan or vegetarian. It’s healthier and you’ll lose weight! 🙂
- Try on clothes that no longer fit you(meaning smaller), it’s awesome motivation.
- Limit your alcohol consumption! Empty fatty calories are in that. You sure you want it?
- APPARENTLY magnetic rings help you lose weight! You’re supposed to wear magnetic rings on different fingers and it’ll help you lose weight quickly.
- JUMP! Jumping is a great workout and great for your heart.
- Never eat in secrecy. It’s a horrible habit to get into. Chances are you’ll also eat more..
- AVOID FAST FOODS
- Go in a sauna or make your own steam sauna at home with the shower! That can burn as many calories as low impact exercise! Plus it gets rid of nasty toxins!
